POWER BIND Stitching Wire & POWER BIND Stapling Wire:

Power Bind Specifically developed for high end bindery performance. Dorstener recognized the need to develop a wire that could handle the demands of today’s high speed binding operations.

Our unique manufacturing process allows you to use a thinner wire without sacrificing the strength. You can reduce the wire size by one – two sizes (IE From 24 ga. – 25 ga.).

Power Bind Stitching Wire offers many unique benefits:

Lower Stacking Height due to thinner wire diameter
More Stitches Per Spool. Power Bind can increase the number of staples per spool by 35%)

CLASSIC BIND:

This is a standard market grade book binding wire. It has a high quality finish and is economically priced. DWT stocks a full range of classic bind products in both flat and round specifications. Electro galvanized is our most popular finish. Our unique process offers a smooth, clean, and consistent surface each and every order. We also offer copper coated, tinned and bright finished wire. For specialty applications we provide nylon color colored wire and stainless steel wire.

STAR STITCH:

Star stitching is the newest member to join the Dorstener Stitching Wire Product Line. This product was specifically developed and designed for large consumers (100,000 LBS or More Per Year) of stitching and stapling wire. Available in a reduced number of spool sizes, it is sold as a product to help large binderies control the cost of their wire. We offer several programs that help improve the bottom line for large consumers (Please ask your sales person for details on the Star Stitch Program)
