Welded Wire Mesh Conversion Services: DWT offers a full range of conversion services for our products.

Welded Wire Mesh Precision Slitting: Slit Widths are available from 0.60" and larger. We offer our coils with and without cardboard cores and offer above industry tolerances.

Welded Wire Mesh Flush Cut Edges: Edges are cut smooth. Edge stub is generally less than .030" depending on mesh (Figure 1)

Welded Wire Mesh Random Cut Edges: Generally less expensive and offers a better yield from a roll (Figure 2).

Welded Wire Mesh Precision Shearing: DWT has automated shear lines to insure consisted quality of each and every part. Our parts are sheared flat and square!

Welded Wire Mesh Flattening and Stretching: This unique process allows us to stabilize mesh so you can make a better part and increase production. This procedure improves the overall quality of the mesh and can offer many benefits. DWT can stretch materials up to 60" wide.

Weled Wire Mesh Annealing: This makes the material softer and easier to form without distorting the mesh.

Welded Wire Mesh Alloy Verification: We have the ability to perform alloy verification and provide specific reports to determine if an alloy meets your specification.

Welded Wire Mesh Inspection: DWT offers a 100% inspection of welded wire mesh when required.
