Precision Slitting: Slit Widths are available from 0.60" and larger. We offer our coils with and without cardboard cores and offer above industry tolerances.

Precision Shearing: DWT has automated shear lines to insure consisted quality of each and every part. Our parts are sheared flat and square!

Calendering: This is a process of flattening the intersections of the wires. This process insures a consistent thickness. DWT can calander material up to 30" wide in sheets and coils.

Flattening and Stretching of Wire Cloth: This unique process allows us to stabilize mesh. This procedure improves the overall quality of the mesh and can offer many benefits. DWT can stretch materials up to 60" wide.

Annealing Of Wire Cloth - This makes the material softer and easier to form without tearing the mesh.

Alloy Verification: We have the ability to perform alloy verification and provide specific reports to determine if an alloy meets your specification.

Filtration Performance: DWT can provide details on the filter rating of our products. Glass Bead testing for opening size, Flow rates, etc.

Inspection: DWT offers a 100% inspection of wire cloth when required. This process is done on a light table in a controlled condition to review the overall quality of the material.
